Summer cocktails with Limoncello and Prosecco

These tasty treats are bubbling with rich fruity flavor perfect to quench your thirst.

Limoncello collins
2 ounces limoncello
1,5 ounces gin

1 ounces fresh lemon juice
3 paper-thin lemon slices
2 ounces chilled club soda
1 mint sprig

Directions: in a pincher combine the limoncello, gin and lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours. Press 3 thin lemon slices against the inside of the collins glass and add ice cubes. Stir the limoncello mixture and pour it into the glass. Stir 2 ounces of club soda and garnish with a mint sprig.

Mango-peach fizz
1 ripe mango
1 large ripe peach
1/2 cup unsweetened mango peach or orange juice
1 tablespoon of sugar
peach schnapps or peach flaovoured seltzer
cold club soda, seltzer or Prosecco

Directions: for puree put in a blender mango, peach, fruit juice and sugar. You can prepare it up to 1 day ahead and refrigerate it. Take a tall glasses and fill it with ice cubes. Pour 2 tablespoon puree and peach schnapps/peach seltzer and top with cold club soda, seltzer or Prosecco.
