Amarone Classico della Valpolicella DOCG is made 50% Corvina, 40% Rondinella and 10% other grape varieties. This great wine born in Marano di Valpolicella, Veneto from Degani Cellar. Amarone Classico della Valpolicella DOCG is the perfect wine for every great occasion!


Between December and January grapes are pressed and fermented for about 15-20 days. The product is then transferred into steel tanks and left to mature in oak barrels for 18-24 months.Thanks to this careful and accurate winemaking technique Amarone Classico della Valpolicella DOCG is born.



Tasting notes in few words:
Color. intense ruby red
Taste. Good texture, with soft and velvety tannins, with persistent aromatic aftertaste
Recommended with. Amarone is perfect with red meat, game-based dishes, grilled meat, braised and seasoned cheeses.
