Ribolla Gialla Collio DOC origin in San Floriano del Collio, Friuli Venezia Giulia. Grapes 100% Ribolla Gialla.
The grapes are picked manually, then gently stripped and pressed, cooled to 8 to 10 degrees and macerated in contact with skins for 24 hours. Soft pressing is done and finally refinement in the bottle

Taste. Citrus bouquet, pleasant and humorous with fragrances that recall the fresh fruit, ample and mineral taste. Fresh, lively, harmonic
Recommended with. Accompanies all the fresh fish dishes, crustaceans and is great as an aperitif
