Toscana Bianco IGT origin in Hills and pleateaus of Valdichiana, Tuscany. Grapes 60% Tuscan Trebbiano, 30% Malvasia of Chianti, 10% other varieties from Tuscany.
Typically vinification in white with the strict control of fermentation temperatures

Tasting notes in few words:
Color. White
Taste. Neutral, clean, fruity and acidulous, pleasant, could also show a slight aftertaste of bitter almonds
Recommended with. Excellent as an aperitif, goes well with starters, soups and stews, cooked vegetables, fresh cheeses and fish
