Spumante Bianco Moss Valpiana originates in vineyards of the Treviso hills and is composed by glera and other grape varieties.
Classic white vinification with reduced technique, fermentation on must at a temperature of 19-21 °C. Compression made in autoclave following the short charmat methodology

Color. White
Taste. Fresh fruity pleasures and exotic flavors characterize the perfume. The palate is pleasantly soft and creamy, inviting to the toast.
Recommended with. Suitable for aperitifs, but also to open refined fish-based lunches, it is also well-known at the end of the meal
