Prosecco DOC is made 100% Glera. This great sparkling wine has originates in Hillside vineyards of the Pederiva family.
Classic vinification in white with reduced technique, fermentation on pure must at a temperature of 19-21° C with selected yeasts. The foam grip is made in autoclave following the short charmat methodology

Recommended with. It is ideal as an aperitif, and is ideal for refined lunches, well-marked also at the end of the meal
