Chianti Classico is a DOCG wine produced in the Tuscany Region. Its history begins with the Etruscans and is one of the great symbolic wines of Italy. Borns in fields between Florence and Siena. The grapes that Chianti Classico make it up are 90% Sangiovese, 10% Merlot.
Vinification classic in red with 15 days fermentation, skin included, at 25-28°C.

It is produced in 70 thousand hectares of territory between the cities of Siena and Florence, in an area that encompasses 8 municipalities: Greve in Chianti, Barberino Val d'Elsa, Tavarnelle Val di Pesa and San Casciano in Val di Pesa in the province of Florence; Castellina in Chianti, Gaiole, Radda, Castelnuovo Berardenga and part of the Municipality of Poggibonsi in the province of Siena.

Color. intense ruby red
Taste. Dry, warm, properly tannic and harmonic with a large structure
Recommended with. This wine goes well with pasta and all red meats, either roasted or stewed
