Gratin penne pasta with Tomino, Figs and Walnut

The integral mezze penne pasta grated with tomino, fig and walnut are a really good way to emphasize the enveloping flavor of figs: a perfect comfort food!

Ingredients
260 gr black figs
270 gr tomini cheese
40 gr nut kernel
25 gr butter
black pepper at taste

Directions
Cut tomini in small cubes. Wash the figs and slice them in 4 parts and finally grossly chop the wallnut. Boil pasta in salted water. Drain pasta very 'al dente', put pasta in a pot add softened butter and whisk. Add tomino cubes (keep some aside for final grating) and black pepper and keep whisking until the cheese melts. Put pasta in an oven-pan, place the figs and tomini on top. Sprinkle the wallnut and finally cook in preheated 200°C oven for 5 minuts. Serve when still hot!
