Tomato and mozzarella pot, italian taste

The perfect recipe to taste Italy at your home. This delicious recipe is made with simple ingredients and is very easy to prepare, so our suggestion is to choose with attention the ingredients to enhance the final taste.

INGREDIENTS for 2

6 tablespoons of tomato sauce
2 tablespoons of EVO Olive Oil
400 gr mozzarella cheese (diced in small pieces)
salt
oregano
fresh basil
2 earthenware terrine bowl

DIRECTIONS
Put the bowls on the stoves over low flame with one tablespoon of oil and 3 of tomato sauce each one. Fry slightly for few seconds then add salt, oregan and after mozzarella, 200gr each bowl. Cover the bowls, and let them simmer for few minutes until mozzarella get melted. Add the basil, now it's ready! Try it also with some hot chili pepper, capers or diced salami.
Mop up your plate with bread and you'll lick your chops!
